Applications in Lime Industry
Blockages of the material flow or the gas stream in shaft furnaces are often
caused by partial build-up formation on the shaft walls or by incrustations of
the material itself.
With the ATD-Pressure Gas System, these build-ups can be removed even when
they are some distance from the base socket entrance. The ATD-Pressure Gas Tubes
can support a high volume of pressurized CO2 needed to clear
blockages. The ATD-Base Sockets can be conveniently attached to any existing
openings in the structure.
